Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We only offer returns on items purchased through our site or any of our related point of sales systems. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving. Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. Items must also be returned as delivered with original packaging, tags and barcode. A return shipping label will be provided free of charge for all domestic orders.

Please not that if we are not contacted beforehand we will do our best to locate the product in our warehouse return center but it could delay your credit for multiple weeks. Once completed we will send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions.

What is the exchange policy?

We do not currently offer immediate exchanges. To make sure you receive the right product we offer complementary returns and exchanges on all domestic orders. However, we cannot issue an exchange until the item is received at our warehouse. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving. Items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged. What is the exchange process?

Once the item is reviewed and restocked in our inventory the new item will be shipped to you.

What if my item is damaged?

If your item is damaged please email info@knickerbocker.nyc with your order number and a picture. We will make sure you are taken care of immediately should this happen. If the product is compromised and not able to be fixed we leave it up to you to keep it or we will send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. In most cases and if the item is in stock it will be shipped within two days of receiving your case. If not we can issue a store credit or full refund including shipping.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item please email info@knickerbocker.nyc with your order number and a picture. We will send you a prepaid shipping label with return instructions. Once the item is reviewed and restocked in our inventory the correct item will be shipped to you. Often times due to our mistake and you having to wait we will issue you a discount to be used off your next purchase.

Orders & Shipping

How long for orders to ship?

All in stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. If you order is placed after noon EST on a Friday it may not ship until Monday.

How do you change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order please notify us as soon as possible. This way we can ideally notify the warehouse in time and intercept before shipment. If the item ships we will try to contact the carrier to re-route the package. Should the order be cancelled in this scenario you will receive a refund minus the shipping fee(s). If you wish to change the order in this scenario we will cover shipping costs.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal and Affirm.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to North America, South America, Australia & Europe. Should you wish to have your item shipped to a location elsewhere please get in touch at info@knickerbocker.nyc.

Where do I find tracking?

You can locate your order status on your Account Page. You will also receive an e-mail from us with your order and tracking once it has shipped.

Where is my order?

In certain cases your order may be passed off from a carrier to your local postal service. In this event we are unable to locate tracking for you. Please give a call to the carrier your item shipped with using one of the numbers below.

How do I apply a discount or credit?
